Where Do I Go from Here?

Sometimes we realize we are at the threshold of something different. We are ready for the new direction and a fresh look at ourselves and our challenges. We do not want to remain in the “same old- same old” pattern. Our circumstances may be exactly the same, but we are not. God has given us a desire for a new perspective. Where will we go to find it?

Psalm 37:4-5 NKJV “Trust in the LORD, and do good; Dwell in the land and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.”

God’s Word holds promise for us. This is a declaration of His faithfulness, not just an empty wish. He holds the key to our hope. As we learn to lean on Him, we discover truth and our thinking is transformed. Even though it can be a scary thing to yield control, we decide to trust. When we commit to follow His way, we also believe that He is working. The challenge is to trust in a Holy God who declares that He is faithful. Will you believe Him and walk in His truth? It is a decision of your will. It is your choice.

Today, I encourage you to press on: to seek God and learn His ways. He has a fresh perspective for you. His ways hold the promise of peace of mind and heart. You can learn to walk in grace knowing that He leads and guides you.
